Prudence Mukhari
Head of Operations
Prudence Mukhari is responsible for all the company’s
operations. She works with staff members, suppliers and
event planners, overseeing the event planning and execution
with clients and internal team, ensuring that catering services
are delivered on time and to the client’s satisfactions.
Her key responsibilities includes:
Managing logistics, including equipment supplies and coordinating staff for events.
Overseeing event planning and execution including coordination with clients and internal
team.
Developing and implementing operational processes and procedures to ensure
compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure menu planning, food preparation, and
presentation meet the quality standards.
Managing the company’s inventory, ordering supplies and controlling costs.
Supervising and training the operational staff and event coordinators.
Analyzing operational data and implementing improvements to increase productivity and
efficiency.
Prudence Mukhari is a self-driven person, who cares and appreciates those around her. She holds a
Diploma in Marketing Management.
She is big at serving and protecting the community. She holds the rank of Constable in SAPS,
currently busy with her degree in Social Work, as she believes in enhancing the well-being of others
as well as meeting their basic and complex needs. Prudence is very outspoken and well organized.
Thandi Masemola
Head of Sales & Administration
Thandi Masemola is responsible for sales,
administrative operations and customer relations
support. She proves guidance, training and support,
ensuring that the key stakeholders’ expectations are
met. She oversees the development and
implementation of Zanobuhle’s catering strategy,
developing and managing sales budgets and
reports. She also monitors the company’s
performance, customer relations responsibilities
making sure that the business provides quality
services to clients.
Her key responsibilities include:
Negotiating contracts and business agreements
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including corporate events,
weddings, and social gatherings.
Collaborating with the culinary and operations teams to create customized catering
solutions.
Developing and managing sales budget and reports
Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
Thandi Masemola is a highly motivated and a hard-working individual who is well organized,
confident and always eager to exceed expectations. She pays attention to detail and have
remarkable organizational skills ensuring that tasks are completed to an exceptional
standard. Thandi possesses excellent oral, communication and interpersonal skills which
are vital for success in any profession.
Her formal education includes a LLB degree, B-Tech and Diploma in Office Management and
Technology. She has the ability to adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct,
possessing a strong sense of ethics and always acting in accordance with moral principles.
Lindiwe Skosana
Head of Marketing & sales
Lindiwe Skosana is responsible for developing and
executing comprehensive marketing strategies for
Zanobuhle catering services. She oversees all digital
content and event marketing approaches that are
aligned to the company’s goals. She monitors the
effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making
adjustments as necessary to optimize the performance of the company.
Her key responsibilities includes:
Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email.
Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to inform marketing
strategies.
Collaborating with the sales team in developing targeted marketing materials and
promotions.
Planning and coordinating events, trade shows and products launches.
Developing and managing the market budget and tracking expenses.
Creating and Maintaining Zanobuhle’s catering services’ brand identity, including logos,
website and marketing materials.
Lindiwe Skhosana is an experienced Financial Advisor with a proven track record of success
in developing new business and increasing sales.
Lindiwe believes in working from within and has built extensive experience in customer
service over the past years. She has a strong background in building Customer relation, and
she is excellent in developing tailored solutions to meet their needs while building capacity
in the implementation of putting people firstthrough her commitment in helping them realize
their potential.
Lindiwe’s qualification includes Diploma in IT, higher certificate in Occupational Health,
Safety and Environmental, a Higher certificate in Further Education and Training Certificate
(FETC) in long-term insurance and Regulatory examination for representative (RE5).
